Top ideal companies Malaysian students want to work for

Here are the results of the Malaysia Top 100 IDEAL employers survey conducted by Universum.

The survey  polled 11,000 Malaysian university students and found out that their average salary expectations upon graduation is RM3,258. Those in business had the lowest expectations at RM3,307 while law students expected the highest pay at RM3,667.

The survey also discovered that majority of students were generally attracted to remuneration, advancement opportunities and work-life balance.
