Make sure you bring clothes that are suitable for various events for example formal attire and smart casual for attending classes, as well as sports attire etc.

Also, do not forget to bring utensils like plates, spoons and forks, toiletries, pillows, blankets, hangers and detergents to wash your clothes with. Never forget your iron, unless you want to go to class with crumpled shirt >_< If your hostel/college does not have water heater, then bringing a kettle would be a good option too.

3. Prepare some medications

For instance, if you are in the Science module, then it is highly suggested for you to bring your Chemistry/Physics/Biology notes during your school time, as it might be a huge help. This is because, the subjects that you will be learning is highly related to what you used to learn back in school - only now it is at a higher difficulty level.

For those in accounting module, you can also bring along your previous accounting notes and exercises as it functions as a very helpful reference.

5. Ready to be independent
