Submit appeal for UPU 2015/16 enrollment

There's always a second chance.

Malaysian students who wish to enroll in most public universities are obligated to update their details via the UPU.

However, in some cases where you are supposedly eligible but for one reason or another was unsuccessful in your application, fret not!

The e-Rayuan for UPU will be available for 10 working days between 15 May until 25 May 2015.
