Steps to appeal for UPU (Rayuan UPU)

UPU appeal application is only for those who did not receive any programme offers from UPU, provided that they completed the early stages of UPU application.

What are the steps to appeal for UPU?

1. Go to this website https://online.mohe.gov.my/upu/upuonline_rayuan/

2. Fill in the form to open an e-Rayuan account.

3. The result for UPU appeal will be announced on the second week of June 2016. If no news received after 4 weeks new students have registered at that particular institution, hence your UPU appeal is considered unsuccessful.
