Announcement : To Candidates who have Received Offers for Matriculation, it WILL NOT AFFECT your UPU Chances or Applications.

Please be informed that candidates who receive an offer of admission to the College of Matriculation via the Matriculation Division Ministry of Education (MOE), this will not affect any future offer of admission from the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) through the UPU portal.

This is because the application for admission to the Matriculation or UA / Polytechnic / Community Colleges / ILKA are two different applications and are managed by two different bodies (MOE & MOHE)
