Prestariang ties up with Tekla

Prestariang Bhd, a group that specialises in lifelong learning has made Tekla (SEA) Pte Ltd, a leading provider of building information modelling (BIM) software to the engineering and construction markets, its first corporate education partner.

Prestariang offers over 60 globally recognised certification courses nationwide in partnership with companies including Microsoft, Autodesk, IBM, Oracle, to name a few.  With Tekla on board, Prestariang believes that their software solutions will greatly benefit Malaysia's civil and structural engineering education and development.  Its software solutions provide accurate, dynamic and 3D data-rich environment that can be shared by contractors, structural engineers, steel detailers, and fabricators as well as concrete detailers and manufacturers.

In this partnership, Tekla will provide its BIM software solutions for the market while Prestariang will be the exclusive education partner to all institutions of higher learning, including universities, polytechnics and community colleges in Malaysia. The MoA also identified Prestariang as Tekla’s authorised local training centre.
