The RM300-million college is expected to be ready in two years. It will be built on a 60-hectare land.
For the meantime, its Felcra Training Centre in Seberang Perak would be used as a temporary campus for its first batch of students, next year.
The new college will focus on courses associated with agriculture, plantations, biotechnology, financial management, information technology and business laws.
Moreover, its agriculltural research and development centre will focus on padi and oil palm.
