More anti-hackers for Malaysia, please

Malaysia will see a demand for many experts in cybersecurity as preparation to face the many challenges growing in the IT industry.

Eneng Faridah Iskandar, Senior Director of Advocacy and Outreach Department, Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) said this was because there are hackers with a variety of cybercrimes causing Internet users to be vulnerable in cyberspace.

She said the abundance in illegal hacking techniques and methods that are shared freely online may be a cause towards the increasingly prevalent activities and it requires urgent measures to be taken.
