Ministry to encourage rakyat's participation in STI

Special focus on game changer projects.

The Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI) will transform the delivery system in the ministry to encourage citizen participation in Science, Technology and Innovation (STI).

The new minister, Datuk Wilfred Madius Tangau said it aims to ensure that the grassroots level will be directly involved in the production of new innovations that can be commercialized.

In this regard, he hoped that all parties will continue to work with him to achieve the objectives of the National Science, Technology and Innovation Principal (DSTIN) of becoming a developed nation by the year 2020 in science.
