Manipal and Scomi to prepare students for O&G industry

Manipal Education Malaysia Sdn Bhd (MEM), the parent company of Manipal International University and Scomi Group Bhd have entered into a collaboration to boost engineering students' capabilities and competencies for the oil and gas (O&G) servic industry.

Scomi is a leading O&G industry player with presence in 26 countries. In this partnership, they will offer MIU students the opportunity to join the company as interns or even as employees.

The programme takes a holistic approach to enhancing students' employability as well as create awareness of the global opportunities within the engineering field, specifically O&G and transport services industries.
