A recent survey by SkootJobs.com revealed that 26.6% of Malaysian youths feel like wanting to commit suicide because of their jobs.
More than 15,000 of Malaysian youths aged between 18 to 35 years old participated in the online survey by SkootJobs.com.
The statistics of the survey showed that 1 out of 4 working Malaysian youths said that they loathe their job.
Unhappy, bored, no work-life balance are among the reasons that caused such distress.
A psychologist, David Fernandez said that companies need to make sure they offer more, pay attention to their employees' well-being in order to maximize their productivity.
