Studying can be tiring, studying can be dreadful. Your brain could only do so much, eventually you need a break. Below are signs that show you’re undergoing fatigue.

1. Emotional Instability

When your brain is clustered with too many things to process, you tend to get upset. This is not uncommon. People displaying their negative behaviour are merely responding to the stress that they are facing.

2. Trauma

People generally associate the word trauma with horrific scenes that they’ve experienced in their lives. But a brain trauma could be seen as someone who is exhausted, hungry and many other emotional and physical factors.

3. Sleep Troubles

Having difficulties falling asleep is another symptom you need to be aware of when your brain is stressed out. Your brain muscles need rest in order to operate at its full capacity. Much like cell-phones need charging.

4. Diabetes

Sugar is nice, it fuels your brain and energizes you. But if you’re not controlling your sugar level, it is difficult for your brain to function. Study shows that people who’re suffering from diabetes tend to get a lot of brain stress.

5. Some Medication

There are medications out there that poses side effects that is harmful to your brain. Which medicine is more harmful depends on the person’s health condition. Different people react to medication differently, hence be aware of what your body can handle.

The Cure

As much as having a stressed out brain is a headache. There’s always a cure, below is a list of ways to balance your stress:

  • Eat Healthy Food – Having a balanced diet like eating fruits and vegetables everyday helps.
  • Sleep – Try to be firm with your sleep, ensure you get enough daily.
  • Reduce overall stress level – Engage in activities that does not put a lot of stress on you. If your body is stressed out, just imagine how your brain is doing.
