About KSHMR
Heralded by DJ Magazine as the ‘Prince of Cinematica’ American born, Kashmiri-Indian descent, KSHMR (as in Kashmir) was raised making periodic family trips to his father’s homeland. Though, it wasn’t until KSHMR began seeking inspiration for his own musical productions that he realized the significance of his upbringing. KSHMR exploded onto the scene with his first release, “Megalodon." Since then, his Beatport releases “Burn,” “Secrets,” “Karate,” “Memories,” “Heaven,” “Strong” and “Bazaar” have all peaked at #1 overall and quickly garnered him a rapidly growing fan base. In 2016, KSHMR was awarded DJ Mag’s prestigious accolade of Best New Live Act, climbed to number 12 on their Top 100 DJ list and graced the cover of the March issue. He followed suit this year with a non-mover position on the DJ Mag, Top 100 chart, and was awarded Best Audio-Visual Act of 2017.
2017 has been a monumental year for KSHMR, he took his incredible KSHMR LIVE show to the ULTRA stages in Miami, Korea, Singapore, Japan and most recently Mexico. Incorporating an orchestra, mesmerizing Bollywood dancers, and an animated story narrative that is weaved between into his musical set. KSHMR brought to life his original productions and people are still talking about it!
KSHMR’s latest endeavor is the start of his own record label Dharma. A platform to showcase the best global talent in the world of dance music. The first release on Dharma is his EP Materia, featuring collaborations with the likes of Snails, Maurice West, JDG and No Mondays. KSHMR dropped huge music releases this year, including Harder his collaboration with Tiesto and Power with Hardwell, and the touring doesn’t stop! Listen to KSHMR here.
About DIMATIK
Every so often a new producer will climb through the ranks to stand tall as a bold and unique new voice, displaying the sort of talent and studio finesse which is just inescapable. Dimatik has been delivering exactly that: a powerful sound making Dimatik fans out of everyone it reaches. With the raw intensity and thunder that he belts out, it’s no surprise his productions have received support from the world’s best, including Hardwell, Blasterjaxx, KSHMR, Tiesto, David Guetta, Marlo, Steve Aoki, Andrew Rayel, Ben Nicky and more. His original production “Chamunda”, hit #1 on the Beatport psy-trance charts and was played by every DJ worth their salt, whilst ‘Giratina’, which he co-produced, was heard at some of the worlds largest events including Tomorrowland.
DImatik’s latest single Punjabi, a collaboration with Timmy Trumpet brings solid sounds that grabs your attention in a frantic and powerful way. With a track that nods to the vibes that embraces the Indo-European vocal snippets and steady bassline combination, this collaboration has successfully covered new ground.
His banging and energetic DJ sets have become unmissable, and, regardless of their profile, he regularly upstages anyone he shares a bill with. Word of his abilities have spread quickly and promoters have taken note, and he has regular appearances across the country which includes a residency at HQ in Adelaide, plus appearances for national festivals like Summadayze, Planet Cream, Future Music Festival , Stereosonic and now for the first time in Malaysia – Neon Countdown 2017!
A powerful hurricane is brewing – and its name is Dimatik. Listen to Dimatik here.
