Form 6 vs Diploma programmes

Normally, after SPM, you can either go into a Pre-University course for 1 year and then into a degree course for 3 or 4 years depending on what type of degree or you can also choose to continue with getting a diploma.

We get many questions from students inquiring help to choose between Form 6 and Diploma programmes. Although run by the government, those interested in getting STPM as their qualification may also register as a private candidate. While Diploma programmes are available in both local and private universities.
