Culinary students from Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia graduated recently in a ceremony held at the Maison Francaise in Kuala Lumpur. Graduates, who trained for months, received their diplome de commis cuisinier and diploma de commis patissier.
According to Le Cordon Bleu manager Ming Ho, the students trained for months in their facility and were supervised by chef instructors and administrative staff.
Certificates were also awarded the following day to students who received the Certificat de Cadet de Cuisine, Certificat d’Assistant de Cuisine, Certificat de Cadet de Patisserie and Certificat d’Assistant de Patisserie.
Le Cordon Bleu is one of the world's leading culinary schools. It recently formed ties with G.D. Goenka University in Haryana, India. The new partnership introduces LCB's three-year Bachelor of Business (International Hotel management) into the G.D. Goenka University curriculum.
