The Ministry of Higher Education is inviting students to study at universities in the Middle East for session 2013/2014. Participating countries include Egypt, Jordan and Morocco.
Students who wish to be part of these universities must meet the minimum requirements set by the Ministry of Education of Malaysia as follows:

Applicants who wish to study at Al-Azhar University, Egypt's first degree must meet the minimum requirements set by the Ministry of Education (KPT) of Malaysia as follows:
Applicants who wish to pursue university studies in Morocco at the undergraduate level must meet the minimum requirements set by the Ministry of Education (KPT) of Malaysia as follows:
Applications must be made by completing the application form prescribed above.
KPT only manage student placement only. Education financing incurred / managed by the students themselves.
All applicants that are eligible must attend Transformation Programme organized by the Overseas Student ministry to be conducted by National Civics Bureau.
