Age limit 35 years old for MyBrain15 applicants

The government set a specific age limit (35 years old) for MyBrain15 scholarship applicants who wish to pursue masters and PhD.

Based on MyBrain15 official website, both types of scholarships - MyMaster and MyPhD implement the same age limit restriction for 2016 programme.

MyBrain15 Programme which is under the Higher Education Ministry is one of the government's plans to target 60,000 PhD holders by 2023.

The program has provided scholarships to 20,000 qualified recipients , with a cost of RM300 million from the revision budget 2016 in January.
