Afterschool's Talk at Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri WPKL

Afterschool.my recently received an invitation to deliver Afterschool Counselor Career Talk at Jabatan Pendidikan Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (JPWPKL).

The Afterschool Counselor Career Talk was held on Monday, 13 June 2016 at the Auditorium Tan Sri Abdul Rafie, Jabatan Pendidikan Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.

The one hour talk was attended by 204 PPD officers and counselors from both secondary and primary schools originating from PPD Sentul, Keramat, Bangsar and Pudu.

The goal of the talk was not only to familiarize counselors with the contents of Afterschool.my website, but also to create awareness of its unique functions of different sections namely Q&A, Courses, Institutions, Scholarships, News and Careers, so that they can share it with their students at school.

Moreover, Afterschool team also took the liberty to share the careers that are in demand in 2016, tips in applying for scholarships, the frequently asked questions by students and how to find the suitable course and institution for students using Afterschool.my website.

The audience were the first to see our brand new SPM Revision Guide 2016 which is currently being distributed in schools around Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Pahang, Perak and Penang.
