82,000 matriculation and Form six students to receive 1Malaysia book voucher (BB1M) this September

Eighty-two thousand new matriculation and form six students will be receiving the 1Malaysia book voucher or Baucar Buku 1Malaysia (BB1M) on a one-off basis. Each voucher is worth RM250 and will be valid until 31 October.

Distribution of the BB1M will commence first week September in matriculation colleges and schools. Through this voucher scheme, government hopes this will help alleviate the burden of expenditure on books as well as to promote reading among Malaysian students.
