Detailed entry requirements

LOCAL

Pass STPM or equivalent with minimum PNGK of 2.60 and Grade B- (NGMP 2.67) in Mathematics and Physics;

OR Pass Matriculation/Foundation from Public or Private Higher Education Institutions with minimum CGPA of 2.60 and Grade B- (NGMP 2.67) in Mathematics and Physics;

OR Pass Diploma programme in relevant field with minimum CGPA of 2.75; OR other equivalent qualification recognized by Government of Malaysia AND

Pass the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with a credit (Grade C) in Bahasa Melayu/Bahasa Malaysia subject, Mathematics, and Physics AND

Achieve Band 2 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) AND

Meet the faculty specific requirements

INTERNATIONAL

Senior High School / Senior Secondary School / Other Equivalent Pre-University Examinations from the Government School (12 Years);

OR A-Level / Diploma in the related field;

OR Other certificates recognised by Malaysia Qualifications Agency (MQA) & senate of the university

English Requirements

Students must obtain:

A band score of 5.5 and above in IELTS; OR
A score of 500 and above in TOEFL or 59 and above in TOEFL IBT; OR
Completion of ELS Certified Intensive English Programme (CIEP) Level 107 or higher
