COURSE OVERVIEW

Obtain employment as computer scientists in local and global industries and

organisations, where they are competent in applying the relevant knowledge,

computational principles and skills in Computer Graphics and Multimedia fields to

develop software of increasing size and complexity across different application

areas
Demonstrate an ability to continue to learn throughout their career (professional,

technical or postgraduate education) which can strengthen their analytical and

critical thinking skills to position them to advanced computer graphic and

multimedia practices and to contribute to the intellectual foundations of the

Computer Graphics and Multimedia disciplines.
Involve in computer graphics and multimedia software projects that they are

proficient in applying theoretical computing and knowledge in analyzing,

modelling, designing, developing and evaluating computing solutions
Becoming leaders or technopreneurs in graphics and multimedia software

discipline with combination skills

Demonstrate an awareness of professional ethics and social responsibility as

computer scientists specializing in computer graphics and multimedia

GENERAL UNIVERSITY REQUIREMENTS

• A pass with credit in Bahasa Melayu at SPM level/July Paper or,

• For those who do not obtain credit in Bahasa Melayu in SPM, need to retake for SPM July Paper and obtain credit before graduated and,

• Obtain Diploma/Matriculation KPM/Foundation UTM/Foundation equivalent and recognized by Malaysia Government/STPM/STAM/DVM or others qualification recognized by Malaysia Government or,

• Pass APEL A and,

• Attained a minimum Band 1 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) in period of 2 years of studies

SPECIFIC PROGRAMME REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Equivalent min CCGPA 2.75 or

• Matric/Foundation min CGPA 2.60

• STPM min CGPA 2.60 & Grade B- (NGMP 2.67 in Mathematic & Physic and

• Math SPM C

• Muet Band 2

• Physic SPM C
