- Produce graduates with extensive knowledge and expertise in culinary arts. - Disclosing graduates to the fundamentals of the skills and knowledge required in this field in line with current industry requirements. - Produce competitive graduates and be able to use all the opportunities in mastering culinary arts and hospitality in line with industrial demand.
Passed the Malaysian Certificate of Education (SPM) / Vocational Certificate of Education Malaysia (SPMV) with at least three credits in three (3) subjects;
Passed O-Level from an institution recognized by the Malaysian government by obtaining at least a credit in three (3) subjects;
Passed the Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with at least Grade B in three (3) subjects
Pass Certificate (Level 3 MOH) in recognized areas of engagement
Passed the Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) (level 3 MOH) in the relevant field and passed SPM by obtaining credit in one (1) subject and through consolidation program (if necessary)
Recognized qualifications equivalent to it by the Malaysian government
