The programme is an all encompassing programme primarily covering aspects of game design, with some elements of game art and game programming. The programme aims to equip students with a strong foundation in the principles, theories and practices of modern game design, and to appreciate related game media. It provides strong training in designing game via means of group projects, mirroring the real-life game development environment.
Entry Requirements
STPM with minimum 2 principal passes in the relevant subjects Or A-level with minimum 2 passes in the relevant subjects Or South Australian matriculation (SAM) with an Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) 70 and grade B in 2 relevant subjects Or Canadian Pre-University with an average of 70% in 6 relevant subjects or Unified examination certificate (UEC) with Grade B in 5 relevant subjects
Foundation in Arts, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) Or Foundation in Science, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) Or Foundation from other Institutions Of Higher Learning in the relevant field Or
Diploma,Tunku Abdul Rahman Universiti college (TAR UC) in the relevant field Or Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian government AND -a pass in 1 SPM Mathematics subject/equivalent or -applicants may be required to submit a portfolio for review
