The programme is a unique interdisciplinary programme with is exposure to architecture, engineering and quantity surveying with the unique strength in project management of construction technologies. Entry Requirements
STPM with minimum 2 principal passes Or A-level with minimum 2 passes Or South Australian matriculation (SAM) with an Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) 70 and Grade B in 2 subjects Or Canadian Pre-University with an average of 70% in 6 subjects Or Unified examination certificate (UEC) with Grade B in 5 subjects
Foundation in Arts, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) Or Foundation in Science, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) Or Foundation from other Institutions Of Higher Learning Or Matriculation certificate, Ministry of Education or
Diploma,Tunku Abdul Rahman Universiti college (TAR UC) Or Diploma from other Institutions Of Higher Learning Or Other equivalent qualifications
