Objectiveto develop Financial Executives who are knowledgeable and competent in practicing Islamic principles in their field of work;to develop Financial Executives who are able to comprehend the mechanisms in implementing Islamic disciplines in current scenario, in the areas of banking and finance;to develop Financial Executives who are competitive and are continuously acquiring knowledge through lifelong learning;to produce Financial Executives who are capable of delivering information about Islamic banking and finance to a society with diversified cultures and customs in ways that will ease the understanding of the subject;to produce Financial Executives who are professional and ethical in carrying out their duties, and who fulfill their responsibilities to the Creator, the country and its nation; andto produce Financial Executives who think critically about their assessments and actions to enable them to overcome current issues pertaining to Islamic banking and finance.
Malaysian University English Test (MUET) Band 2 AND Pass in STPM with a minimum grade of C+ (Grade Point of 2.33) in any TWO (2) subjects; OR Pass in A-Level with full pass in any TWO (2) courses; OR Pass Matriculation, Foundation or Pre-university with a minimum CGPA of 2.50; OR Pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM)with a minimum grade of Jayyid; OR Pass in UEC with minimum of B grade in FIVE (5) subjects including in Mathematics & a pass in English; OR Diploma in Accounting or related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 from universities/Colleges recognised by the Malaysian Government; OR Pass in International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma with minimum score of 30 points; OR Other equivalent qualifications recognised by MQA/Malaysian Government. Additional Requirements SPM with credit in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mathematics.
English Proficiency Requirements International Students TOEFL 550; OR IELTS Band 5.5; OR Pre-U or Secondary Education undertaken in English medium. The validity period for TOEFL and IELTS is TWO (2) years from the date of the award. University Exit Requirements Malaysian students - MUET Band 4 International students - IELTS Band 6
Diploma from UNIRAZAK with CGPA achievement at least 2.75; or
Diploma from other Universities with CGPA achievement at least 3.00; or
Diploma from Polytechnics under the Ministry of Education, Malaysia
Equivalent qualification which is recognized by the Malaysian Government
