The faculty of Chemical Engineering began offering the postgraduate program in December 2002. The faculty offers teaching and research programs spanning the breadth of Chemical Engineering in areas of fundamental and applied research with the introduction to various management related subject.
The combination of this spectrum of research with a multitude of graduate subjects provides the basis for students to acquire the knowledge and experience necessary for a successful professional career. This combination prepares marketable UiTM graduates in Chemical Engineering to embrace challenging career opportunities and adapt to changing demands of the profession. It is also aims of the faculty towards producing chemical engineering graduates who can meet the demand of the industries and contribute towards global technological advancement.
Entry Requirements
A Bachelor degree from Faculty of Chemical Engineering UiTM or Chemical Engineering Bachelor Degree from any institution of higher learning recognized by the UiTM senate with a minimum CGPA of 2.75; or Bachelor of Science/Engineering/Technology degrees with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 from any other recognised university and 3 years experience in relevant areas.
