Pass Malaysian School Certificate (SPM or equivalent) with a credit in Malay/ Bahasa Malaysia or credit in Malay/ Bahasa Malaysia July Paper
Pass Malaysian Higher School Certificate (or equivalent) with at least a CGPA of 2.00 and obtained at least:
Grade C (NGMP 2.00) for the General Studies paper
Grade C (NGMP 2.00) for two (2) other subject or
Pass the Malaysian Ministry of Education Matriculation Examinations/ University of Malaya Asasi Sains/ UiTM Asasi with at least PNGK 2.00 or
Obtained at least a Jayyid Grade in Malaysian Higher Islamic Religious Certificate Examination (STAM) or
Obtained a Diploma in the area of specialisation that is relevant to the course or programme being applied to and is from an institute of learning recognised by the Malaysian Government and the University Senate and obtained at least a CGPA of 2.50
Obtained at least Band 1 grade in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET)
