The Bachelor of Management (Policy and Social Environment) programme offers unique study opportunities with diverse academic staffs who specialize in public policy, political science, international relations, sociology, community development and environmental management. It advocates a multi-disciplinary approach in teaching and learning public policy to nurture critical thinking, creative problem-solving situations in depth in the real world to pursue answers to their learning. These are among qualities that the programme offers which need to be established to achieve better development of social conditions locally and internationally.

Student studying in this programme are provided with theoretical and practical guides for them to enter successful  careers in the public, private and community sectors. UNIVERSITY’S GENERAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Passes SPM or equivalent

• Passed Bahasa Melayu / Bahasa Malaysia with a credit at SPM level or equivalent

• Sat for Malaysian University English Test (Muet)

• Passed STPM examination with at least a grade of C in General Studies / General Paper, and a grade of C in two (2) other subjects.

• Possess a diploma or other qualification accredited by the Malaysian govertment and the University Senate

• Passed Ministry of Education’s Matriculation / Universiti UM’s Pre-university Science Programmewith a CGPA of at least 2.00
