COURSE OVERVIEW

The program focuses on food service management with regard to nutritional aspects in the planning of certain food groups. This program is offered as the rapid development taking place in the hospitality, tourism and recreation centers and leisure centers and health clubs including. Such developments have implications for the food service industry and business that will provide employment opportunities for graduates of this program.

 

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Detailed entry requirements

 

Pass Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / equivalent with credits in Bahasa Melayu / Bahasa Malaysia or credit in Malay / Bahasa Malaysia paper in July;

 

Have a diploma or other qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government and approved by the Senate public; or

 

Passed in Malaysian Higher School Certificate (STPM) with at least;

 

Grade C (CGPA 2.00) in General Studies;

 

Grade C (CGPA 2.00) in two (2) other subjects; or

 

Passed Matriculation examination with a CGPA of at least 2.00;

 

A minimum of a Level 1 (Band 1) in the Malaysian University Bahasa Inggeris Test (MUET).
