This Programme Traces youth development from the congnitive, lighuistic, social, affective, and moral aspectsthrough various theoretical orientations. Research results will be utilized to show the Implications of develpoment processe on Problems of youth in the context of community development. This Programme discussesplanning, impelementation, follow-up and monitoring of youth and Community Programmes. Students will also Receive prtical comunity training in rehabilitation services at insutitutions to Produce well-informed and Experienced graduates in the filed of community development. Trainings are conducted with the co-operation of government and non-government agencies The annual Department of Social servies, Department of National Unity, NGOs and other related angencies.

Graduates of this Programme will serve the public and private Sectors Officers as community development, rehabilitation Officers, consultants, research assistants or tutors in educantional Institutions, facilitators and helpers in Voluntary Organisations.
