The Mechatronics programme integrates four basic disciplines of engineering; combination of electrical, electronics, mechanical and computer and software engineering technology. The study of Mechatronics involves aspects of electrical, electronics and mechanical engineering together with an understanding of manufacturing methods.
Minimum Diploma pass with CGPA of 2.0 in a related field from an accredited institution of higher learning OR
STPM or equivalent with minimum 3 OR 2 Principal Principal and 2 subsid and credit in Mathematics at SPM *
* If there is no principal in Mathematics at STPM level OR
Passing the Basic Course in Engineering Technology with a minimum CGPA of 2.0 OR
Passed Matriculation in Science / Preparation Program recognized with a minimum CGPA of 2.0 OR
Passed the International Baccalaureate (IB) with a minimum of 24 points
