The objective of this programme is to produce graduates with strong IT foundations and skills. This prepares students to easily adapt to the rapidly changing technologies in the IT world.The programme is broad with the main emphasis on two tracks, namely the Industrial Informatics track and Information Science track. Graduates from Industrial Informatics track are expected to support (but not limited to) the development of IT solutions for manufacturing, production and computing industries whereas graduates from the information science track has the potential to take up a career (but not limited to) as a data scientist, consultant or information analyst.
