The Bachelor of Human Resource Management is a programme enables students to pursue careers in Human Resource Management whether in large businesses or government organizations. This programme places a strong emphasis on human and organizational relationship and structure. In addition, it also prepares individuals to manage the development of human capital in organizations.
The course blends a conceptual theoretical framework with practical applications and covers basic discipline material through to more specialized human resource management requirements.
Passed STPM with at least 2 principles; or
Matriculation certificate from Ministry of Higher Education or from recognized Private Higher Learning Institutions (IHL’s) and with minimum CGPA 2.00 or
Unisel Foundation Program with minimum CGPA 2.00 or
Diploma from recognized Public and Private IHL’s and with CGPA 2.00 or
Any other equal qualification recognized by the government such as A-Level and so forth.
**Note: The SVM program entry requirements for the DVM program for the 2012-2016 cohort are as above. For SVM graduates, cohort 2013-2016, SVM equivalency with 3 SPM credits should also take into account passing SPM History subjects; OR
For International Students, students must have a minimum score of 6.0 in IELTS or equivalent.
**Note: Mathematics and English Language requirements at SPM level for candidates (i) and (ii) may be excluded if the eligibility includes Mathematics and English subjects and their achievement/ equivalent to the requirement of passing the subject at SPM level.
