<p>The Purpose of study of Master of Education (Educational Leadership and Management ) is to provide knowledge and skills to graduates of general education and specialization in educational leadership and management. General education covering the basic fields of education , psychology of learning and teaching , curriculum and instruction, technology assessment and research methods in education. Specialization educational leadership and management includes educational leadership and management, management of school discipline, curricular and instructional leadership, school effectiveness and improvement, school financial management and control, educational and the law, and project paper in educational leadership management. They will be also equipped with professional attitudes, good ethics and learning qualities, besides learning experience that motivates them to pursue lifelong learning.</p>

<p>You must meet the following requirements in order to be considered for entry to the UNITAR Master&rsquo;s Programme:</p><ul><li>i. A bachelor&rsquo;s Degree (Level 6, MQF) with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or its equivalent as accepted by UNITAR Senate;&nbsp;<strong>OR</strong></li><li>ii. A&nbsp;bachelor&rsquo;s degree&nbsp;or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and not meeting a CGPA of 2.50, can be accepted subject to a minimum of five (5) years working experience in education</li></ul><p>Candidates without a qualification in the related fields or working experience in the relevant fields must undergo appropriate prerequisite courses determined by the HEP and meet the minimum CGPA based on (i) to (ii).</p><p><strong>Language Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>International students</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum score of 5.0 for IELTS&nbsp;<strong>OR</strong></li><li>Minimum score of 40 for TOEFL iBT OR its equivalent</li></ul>
