Sports Science is a specialized field of study under the healthcare discipline. The course focuses on the study of human body for effectiveness and better performance in various sports. The course in other words will be providing useful knowledge to its students in the following aspects of a human body –fitness, lifestyle, diet and nutrition requirement, human psyche and other similar physical conditions associated with the proper functioning of a human being.
