The Diplôme de Cuisine may be completed in 9 months study and 3 months industry placement which comprise of 3 certificates- Basic, intermediate and as well as Superior where a student will progress after passing the exams at each level.

You are then tasked with replicating what you have been shown in one of our dedicated cuisine practical kitchens under the guidance of one of our master chefs to ensure satisfactory progress is made.
