<p>The Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons) programme harnesses the wonders of information processing, management and communication to produce graduates capable of managing data and information, analysing and designing computer systems as well as developing software for various applications and technologies.</p>
<p>A major highlight of the Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons) programme is our state-of-the-art curriculum that allows students to learn different facets of the industry and hands-on techniques under the supervision of experienced academics. Students will be equipped with strong theoretical knowledge and extensive laboratory practice for the technical subjects, followed by a six-month period of intensive industrial training that will give them substantial exposure of the latest techniques, software and technologies used in the IT industry.</p>

<p>i.&nbsp;<strong>A Pass in Matriculation/Foundation&nbsp;</strong>or its equivalent with minimum CGPA 2.00 OR&nbsp;<strong>a Pass in STPM</strong>&nbsp;or its equivalent with minimum Grade C (GP 2.00) in any 2 subjects AND credit in subjects below at SPM/equivalent. Credit in Mathematics at SPM/equivalent:</p><ol type="a"><li>&nbsp;Additional Mathematics; OR</li><li>Mathematics and one Science, Technology and Engineering subject</li></ol><p>Notes: Candidates under category i b) need to obtain a Pass in Mathematics enhancement subject first before enrolling into the relevant Computer Science core subjects that require extensive knowledge in Mathematics as a Pre-Requisite. The requirements to fulfill Mathematics enhancement subject can be exempted if the Matriculation/Foundation or its equivalent offered Mathematics subject that has the equivalent standard to obtaining a Credit in Additional Mathematics at SPM level.</p><p>OR</p><p>ii.&nbsp;<strong>A Pass in STPM</strong>&nbsp;in Science Stream with a minimum Grade C (GP 2.00) in Mathematics and one (1) Science/ICT subject;</p><p>OR</p><p>iii.&nbsp;<strong>Pass A-Level</strong>&nbsp;with a minimum pass in Mathematics and one (1) Science/ICT subject;</p><p>OR</p><p>iv.&nbsp;<strong>Pass United Examination Certificate (UEC)</strong>&nbsp;with a minimum of Grade B in five (5) subjects including Mathematics and one (1) Science/ICT subject;</p><p>OR</p><p>v.&nbsp;<strong>A Pass in Diploma in Computer Science OR Software Engineering OR Information Technology OR Information Systems</strong>&nbsp;with a minimum CGPA of 2.5;</p><p>OR</p><p>vi<strong>. A Pass in Diploma in Science and Technology</strong>&nbsp;with a minimum CGPA of 2.5;</p><p>OR</p><p>vii.&nbsp;<strong>A Pass in Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM) /Diploma Vokasional Malaysia (DVM) / Diploma Lanjutan Kemahiran Malaysia (DLKM)</strong>&nbsp;with CGPA 2.50;</p><p>OR</p><p>viii.&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>A Pass in Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM) /Diploma Vokasional Malaysia (DVM) / Diploma Lanjutan Kemahiran Malaysia (DLKM)</strong>&nbsp;with CGPA 2.00 and 2 years working experience in related fields;</p><p>OR</p><p>ix.
