<div>The Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) is designed to cater to the needs of those seeking a career as junior executives in HRM, in both business and non-business organisations. In order to qualify for the diploma, a minimum of 90 credit hours of approved courses must be completed.</div>

<p><strong>Normal Entry</strong></p><ul><li>SPM (pass in Bahasa Melayu and History)&nbsp;or equivalent with minimum 3 credits; or</li><li>Pass STPM or equivalent with minimum Grade C (GP 2.00) in any subject; or</li><li>Pass STAM with a minimum grade of Maqbul; or</li><li>Pass SKM Level 3 in related field; AND<ul><li>SPM&nbsp;(pass in Bahasa Melayu and History)&nbsp;with minimum a credit in 1 subject; AND</li><li>Through consolidation programs (if necessary) or</li></ul></li><li>Pass certificate (MQF Level 3) or equivalent; or</li><li>Pass UEC with minimum Grade B in 3 subjects; or</li><li>Pass O-Level with minimum Grade C in 3 subjects; or</li><li>Pass Community College Certificate equivalent to MQF Level 3 in related field; AND<ul><li>SPM&nbsp;(pass in Bahasa Melayu and History)&nbsp;&nbsp;with minimum credit in 1 subject; AND</li><li>Through consolidation programs (if necessary) or</li></ul></li><li>Other recognised equivalent qualifications.</li><li>English language competency requirements for international students: Minimum IELTS 5.0 or equivalent</li></ul><p><strong>APEL Entry</strong></p><ul><li>Malaysian; and</li><li>Candidate must be 20 years old and above in the year of the application being made; and</li><li>Have previous working experience/learning relevant to the field applied; and</li><li>Pass APEL Assessment for a Diploma (conducted by OUM).</li></ul>
