You need to pass&nbsp;SPM with a Credit in three (3) subjects,&nbsp;OR&nbsp;present an MSU College Business Management Certificate (MQF Level 3) with a Pass in all subjects,&nbsp;OR&nbsp;an equivalent Certificate (MQF Level 3) from Polytechnics or Public Universities (IPTAs) recognized by MSU Senate,&nbsp;OR&nbsp;a Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with at least&nbsp;a Grade&nbsp;B in three (3) subjects,&nbsp;OR&nbsp;pass O-Level with at least&nbsp;a Grade&nbsp;C in three (3) subjects,&nbsp;OR&nbsp;Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia&nbsp;(SKM) Level 3 in a related field&nbsp;and&nbsp;pass SPM with a Credit in at least one (1) subject,&nbsp;OR&nbsp;Community College Certificate (MQF Level 3) in a relevant field&nbsp;and&nbsp;pass SPM with a Credit in at least one (1) subject,&nbsp;OR&nbsp;STPM or equivalent with at least a Grade C (2.00 CGPA) in one (1) subject,&nbsp;OR&nbsp;STAM with Maqbul,&nbsp;OR&nbsp;present any other qualifications recognized as equivalent by the Malaysian Government.

In driving and transforming MSU towards excellence, financial assistance has been provided to outstanding or underprivileged students, inclusive of those from lower middle-income nations, to acquire quality education. The funds are distributed through various means including collaborative efforts between MSU and several public and private institutional partners. Besides tuition fees assistance is also provided for meals, housing, transportation and educational resources subject to applicants socio-economic background. All scholarships, sponsorship and financial aid are either offered through the MSU Foundation (Yayasan MSU) or MSU through the following scheme:
