<p id="isPasted">In driving and transforming MSU towards excellence, financial assistance has been provided to outstanding or underprivileged students, inclusive of those from lower middle-income nations, to acquire quality education. The funds are distributed through various means including collaborative efforts between MSU and several public and private institutional partners. Besides tuition fees assistance is also provided for meals, housing, transportation and educational resources subject to applicants socio-economic background.
