Due to the versatility of the discipline, psychology is fast becoming one of the most sought after subjects among University students in countries such as the United Kingdom, United States of America and Australia. A similar trend is being observed in Southeast Asia as the contributions of psychology to the health, education and corporate sectors become more widely recognised. The small group teaching in IMU along with the individualised attention positively enhances students’ learning. Undergraduate study in psychology at IMU also provides a sound basis for further professional training and research at the MSc or PhD level in psychology. Our graduates have successfully transferred to both local and international universities to further their education in their specialised fields.
