<p>i) SPM or equivalent with PASS in Bahasa Malaysia and English and 5 credits in the following subjects: &bull; Mathematics; &bull; ONE science subject (Biology/Physics/Chemistry/General Science/Applied Science); and &bull; Any other THREE subjects (including Bahasa Malaysia and/or English).</p><p>OR</p><p>ii) GCE/O Level or equivalent with PASS in Bahasa Malaysia or English and 5 Grade C in the following subjects: &bull; Mathematics; &bull; ONE science subject (Biology/Physics/Chemistry/General Science/Applied Science); and &bull; Any other THREE subjects (including Bahasa Malaysia and/or English).</p><p>OR</p><p>iii) Certificate (Level 3, MQF) related to Health Sciences with minimum CGPA 2.75. iv) *Pass SKM (Level 3, MQF) in relevant fields (HEP is required to implement a screening and bridging program which correspond to the program field)</p><p><strong>For International Students</strong></p><p>Senate minimum requirements: A minimum score of 4.0 in IELTS OR / Malaysian University English Test (MUET) with Band 3 OR its equivalent.</p>
