<p>AIMST University now offers a Master of Science in Medical Physiology. The programme is designed to enable graduates to acquire and demonstrate: Acceptable level of understanding of the structure and functioning of the human body, aptitude for research in a field related to the discipline of medical physiology, aptitude to teach physiology to undergraduate students in the professions and for pursuing evidence-informed physiology education, high standards of professional conducts and aptitude for continuous professional development.</p>

<p data-pm-slice="0 0 []">Master Degree by Mixed Mode as of Programme Standards Medical and Health Science:</p><ol style="list-style-type: lower-roman;"><li>A bachelor degree or equivalent with minimum CGPA of 2.75 in related field, as accepted by the HEP Senate; or</li><li>A bachelor degree or equivalent with CGPA of between 2.50 and 2.75, can be accepted subject to rigorous internal assessment; or</li><li>A bachelor degree or equivalent with CGPA of less than 2.50 in related field and a minimum of 5 years working experience in the related field</li></ol><p>Master&rsquo;s by Mixed Mode as of Standards for Master&rsquo;s and Doctoral Degree:</p><ol style="list-style-type: lower-roman;"><li>A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in the field or related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 or equivalent, as accepted by the HEP Senate; or</li><li>A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in the field or related fields or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 and not meeting CGPA of 2.75, can be accepted subject to rigorous internal assessment; or</li><li>A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in the field or related fields or equivalent with minimum CGPA of 2.00 and not meeting CGPA of 2.50, can be accepted subject to a minimum of 5 years working experience in the relevant field and rigorous internal assessment</li><li>Candidates without a related qualification in the field/s or working experience in the relevant fields must undergo appropriate prerequisite courses determined by the HEP and meet the minimum CGPA based on (i) to (iii).</li></ol>

Master in Science (Medical Physiology)

Foundation is a pre-university course offered to the students prior to their university degree education. The Foundation Course can be taken up by students internally at any local university as well as in partnership with the partnering overseas universities. The Foundation Course is usually of one year duration and includes all the key concepts that a student would be going through in brief during their graduation or bachelor degree program. 
The minimum eligibility for enrolling in a Foundation Program will be SPM from any recognized private or government school in Malaysia.
