The Asian Institute of Hospitality & Management (AIHM) is Asia’s foremost hospitality institute, founded by Minor Hotels, the region’s largest hospitality company and one of the world’s fastest growing. Bringing Swiss-style education to Asia, we deliver internationally recognised qualifications across hospitality, business and management. Our expert lecturers bring decades of international industry experience into the classroom, combining rigorous academic standards with a strong emphasis on practical, hands-on learning.

Our programmes, including the BBA in Global Hospitality Management, the Certificate in International Hotel Administration (CIHA), and the Postgraduate Diploma in International Hospitality Management (PGD), are taught by AIHM in academic association with Les Roches, one of the world’s most prestigious hospitality schools. BBA students may transfer to a Les Roches campus in Switzerland or Spain for their final semesters to graduate with a Les Roches degree, while PGD students can complete a full Master’s with just six additional months at Les Roches.

What truly sets AIHM apart is where we are. Our campus is based inside a real luxury hotel, the only hospitality institute in the world with this set-up. Students are immersed in the art of hospitality every single day, gaining first-hand exposure to the standards, service culture, and operations of a world-class property. Internships form an integral part of the programme, with students able to train at any of Minor Hotels’ 500+ properties across six continents.

Upon graduation, students enjoy preferred employment status with Minor Hotels, as well as the opportunity to join its graduate trainee programme with a fast-track pathway to management. They leave with a professional network of almost 80,000 people and the real-world experience to hit the ground running.

For those not yet ready for degree-level study, we also offer the BTEC Subsidiary Diploma and English for Business and Academic Studies (EBAS) programmes, both designed to prepare students for higher education. For working professionals, our Business Solutions programmes offer short, expert-led courses to strengthen leadership, hospitality and business capabilities, tailored to real-world industry demands and supporting career advancement, professional transitions, and lifelong learning.
