Detailed entry requirements

SPM

  • 3 Credits in the relevant subjects
  • Compulsory subjects: (1), (2) or (3) Credits must include SPM Credit in Mathematics and in English Language
  • SPM holders must have at least a pass in Bahasa Melayu and SPM holders from Year 2013 onwards must have at least a past in Sejarah

O-Levels

  • 3 Grade C in the relevant subjects (including Mathematics and English Language)
  • Compulsory subjects: (1), (2) or (3) must include Grade C in Mathematics and English Language

UEC

  • 3 Grade B in the relevant subjects 
  • Compulsory subjects: (1), (2) or (3) must include Grade B in one Mathematics subject and English Language

TARC/ TAR UC

Relevant Certificate accredited by MQA OR Relevant Skilled/Technical/Vocational Certificate recognized by the Malaysian Government

 

*Grade B and above in AELE 0364 English Language conducted by TAR UC is accepted as having fulfilled the English Language requirement for applicants with a pass in SPM English Language/Grade D or Grade E (Pass) in O Level English Language/ Grade C in UEC English Language.

*Grade B and above in AMMS0104 General Mathematics conducted by TAR UC is accepted as having fulfilled the mathematics requirement for applicants with a pass in SPM/Grade D or Grade E(Pass) in O Level/Grade C in UEC in the required mathematics subject
