What you should know about TYMBA

1. Student accommodation

• We have several units in different condominiums that can accommodate students.
• Each unit has a varying number of rooms and bathrooms, with a maximum capacity of 7-10 students.
• For the comfort of the students, each room is only limited to 2 (or 3 if the size of the room is big) students.Therefore, our units have 3 - 4 rooms on average.2 bathrooms per unit at least.Giving them a living room, kitchen area, etc.
• Each unit includes:1x - Fan for each room1x - Fan for living roomWifi includedRM200 electric & water bill included per unit (anything beyond will be bear by resident (student) of the unit)
• Each student will receive:1x - Single bed1x - Single wardrobe1x - Study table1x - Study chair
• The units are located in Setapak and Sentul, with easy access to public transportation such as LRT stations & buses.

2. Transportation

• Shuttle bus is provided for certain accommodations only (Berlian, Teratai). Others will have public transportations nearby.

3. Student parking

• We do not provide parking spaces at student accommodation, but students can rent parking lots from the accommodation management on their own.
• At Queens College Kuala Lumpur, there is outside parking that students can park. Ample paid parking. Limited free parking.
• At TYMByte, students can park inside the building with parking rates charged by the building. This is paid parking.

4. Things to do around campus

• We have two campuses; TYMBA KL (QCKL) & TYMByte
• All classes are digital classrooms. Equipped with smartboard & TVs for interactive learning, students learn through an online LMS called TYMBAFlex which is integrated for their studies.
• We have various facilities available, including a computer lab, library, student lounge, innovation zone, collaborative zone and surau (prayer room).

• Our hostels are fully secured with 24-hour security guards from the condominiums.
