Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)
A pass in SPM / O-Level or equivalent with 5Bs each in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics or Additional Mathematics and another subject. (The SPM requirements will only be applicable to Diploma in Science / Pharmacy / Matriculation in Science / Pre-Medical studies or Pre-Pharmacy / Foundation in Science.)

Pass with min. CGPA 3.00 including B in Chemistry
Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM)
Min. CGPA 3.00 with grade BBB, ABC or AAC in Biology, Chemistry and Physics / Mathematics with min. B in Chemistry
Unified Examination Certificate (UEC)
Pass with min. 5Bs with B4 (70%) in Chemistry and Biology, and B5 (65%) in Mathematics / Physics
A-Levels
Min. ABC / BBB / AAC in Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics / Physics with min. B in Chemistry
South Australian Matriculation (SAM) / SACE International

Canadian Pre-University (CPU)

Matriculation in Science
Min. CGPA 3.00 including B in Chemistry
Diploma in Science
