SPM / O-Level
A pass in SPM / O-Level or equivalent with 5Bs each in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics / Additional Mathematics and another subject at school level or its equivalent.
Taylor’s Foundation in Science (FIS)
Pass with min. CGPA 3.00 in Biology, Chemistry and Physics / Mathematics (Provided the course is not less than 1 year in the same accredited institution).
Diploma in Health Sciences
Min. CGPA 3.50 with min. 2Bs each in Biology and/or Chemistry and/or Physics and 3 credits each in English, Mathematics / Additional Mathematics and another subject at SPM or its equivalent (Provided the course is not less than 5 semesters/2.5 years in the same accredited institution).
Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM)
Min. BBB, ABC or AAC in 3 subjects: Biology, Chemistry and Physics / Mathematics
Unified Examination Certificate (UEC)
