Bachelor of Polymer Engineering Technology is designed to produce the graduates with the ability to work in product design, polymer processing, polymer testing and quality control fields. Other than that, the graduates will also be able to work in engineering service sectors, environmental, laboratories and also as a sales agent. They also can use the knowledge they acquired to apply in business and entrepreneurship if they are interested. They will be equipped with the knowledge in mathematics, science and engineering technology fundamentals. At the end of this programme, the student will be able to solve technical problem, use necessary skills and techniques in process plants and behave according to professional ethics at the workplace.
STPM or equivalent with minimum of grade C (CGPA of 2.0) for subject Mathematics and ONE (1) related science subject and pass SPM or equivalent with pass of Bahasa Inggeris; or
Recognized Engineering Diploma/Engineering Technology Diploma with a minimum CGPA of 2.0; or
Recognized diploma in Vocational and Technical/Skilled diploma in related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.0 and pass Bahasa Inggeris at SPM level; and
Possess (or undertake while studying at TATIUC) Malaysian University English Test (MUET).
