This course focuses on the human body and how to enhance its performance. A little like fine tuning a Formula 1 race car to improve its speed. In this case it’s looking at our diet, our physical condition, our fitness, our psyche, our lifestyle and the like. This knowledge can then be applied to athletic performance: exercise physiology and sport nutrition in improving an athlete’s physical abilities.
With so many degree options out there, here are some top reasons why you should study Sports Science:

You get to treat their injuries and be (something like) a doctor to them. Part of your job is to improve their performance and physical abilities that will eventually help them perform better.
